To ensure the best results, please arrive with clean and fully detangled hair (blow drying is not required). ~ Please refrain from using any products to avoid product build-up. We’ll take care of nourishing your hair during the appointment. ~ If you need to cancel or reschedule, be sure to READ our cancellation policy. ~ Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be rescheduled if we are unable to accommodate the late arrival. _______________________________________________________________________ CANCELLATION We understand that life happens, but to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. ~ Cancellations less than 72 hours' notice will lose deposit (20% of service fee). ~ No-shows without prior communication may result in a suspension of future services. _____________________________________________________________________________ ADJUSTMENTS We strive for flawless results, but issues may arise, we’re here to help. Please Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. ~ Services are non-refundable, but we’re happy to make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction by rescheduling with the original braider. _____________________________________________________________________________ PAYMENTS PRICE: Hairstyle prices reflect the minimum charge based on braid sizes and standard mid-back length. ~ APPT CONFIRMATION: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking, will be applied towards your final balance. ~ PAYMENT: Prices may vary depending on specific style requests and additional add-ons. ~ The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or CashApp. ~ Tips: While tips are appreciated, they are not mandatory.
